At SAP, we're continuously improving how we collect and act on customer feedback. We are pleased to share an important update on how the enhancement request process for SAP Fieldglass is evolving.

What's Changing

Effective October 6, 2026, SAP Fieldglass will join SAP Continuous Influence and adopt a new platform for submitting enhancement requests, now called improvement requests. This aligns SAP Fieldglass with the broader SAP portfolio for a more consistent experience across SAP solutions.

How to Access

Once the new experience launches, customers and partners with S-users can log in directly through SAP for Me.

Existing Improvement Requests

SAP Fieldglass will start fresh on the new platform. Requests submitted through the current process will not be visible in the new Influence Portal, but will continue to be managed through the existing process. You'll receive individual follow-up communications with further guidance over the coming months. Note: Only the submission platform is changing — the development cycle remains the same.
